Note that the crescendi and diminuendi
have colour gradients which pass through the correct dynamic colours,
and that accents are also coloured.
Exporting this file as a GIF meant that some of the colours had to be
approximated...
Note also the zig-zag beaming which helps show microtone pitch
shifts.
